I have tried looking on underscore in the London phone books but no luck. I have found First Capital in all parts of the US and in Hong Kong. Need help tracking this company down.

This is what I would do. I did all of this when I was looking for the sister of a friend of mine. The sister lived in England and my friend lived in Canada. It had a happy ending in that I found her and they were reunited. Regrettably, my friend passed away last year but at least she got to talk to her sister that she hadn't seen in 40+ years.
I did all of this, but on the English websites,etc. I am giving you the Canadian ones that I would use if I were looking for someone.

It is the St. Catharines In the open Library. Contact them and ask if they have a city directory and if they can look up your sisters name. They will have city directories going back to when the city was founded. But you can give them a circumstance frame to look at. They might charge you. I am not sure on that.

it is a laundry list of message boards for each county in Ontario.
Click on each one, one at a time of course, and post a message about how you are looking for your sister and give the info. This is a genealogical communication board, but you never know who might know your sister or know of her. Then wait for a response. You have to become a member but it is free to register. Then where it says position a new thread, post your message. You might have to go back a couple of times a week to see if you have rec'd any answers.
That is all I can think of to do.

Don't dive for it. You didn't apply for a job with them, did you? So why are they writing to you, how did they find you? Also, the phone number is a mobile number, not an actual business number. The email whereabouts provided is a yahoo.co.uk address, which a hotel chain would not use, they would use one that reflects the name of their hotel, e.g. job@comfortinn.co.uk.
