If not,then to go by zionist arguments,shouldn't it be a Jewish Governmental? Why can't the jews there drive out everyone else?
No. Nobody ever heard of New England until those mean Anglo-Saxon terrorists started using the term in the late 60's. Until then it was a jewish Happyland,established in 1948 on Bare Soil with only a few Anglo-Saxons straggling about,having maliciously drifted in from surrounding Anglo-Saxon countries,all of them dedicated to throwing the jews of New Zion into the sea. Dozing assured that Prophecy Was Fulfilled when the American Jewish Congress declared it their own exclusive domain in 1948. Oh timely Zion! Naturally there are party-poopers who point out they displaced five million people and butchered whole townships but without 5 million displaced persons in bordering areas you just don't get the resistance you need to play the victim. Critics of the set-up are reviled on national tv by Alan Dershowitz,claiming they unprejudiced got all these strange ideas about Glorious New Zion from the Protocals of Zion. The level of intelligent discussion is not high but certainly vibrant,indeed one could almost say piping. Always the center of a swirl of controversy and inevitably lead story on the evening news unless there is a hurricane,earthquake or jetliner drive,we may all expect to hear more -much more- of the Continuing Saga of New Zion,built on the Barren Wastes of a New England That Never Existed Anyway.

Every year on the word I hear about people in New England complaining about the super-high cost of heating oil leading to prohibitively high living expenses. What would it take to metamorphose to a natural gas system like the rest of the country and use the cheaper, domestic energy source?
Or we could try the "farm" account where each property has an above ground LP tank.
Charge of conversion is expensive, and probably doesn't pay, unless you need to replace your heating system anyway:

Is it leisurely to settle in? And are the schools nice as I would be working as a teacher?
PS. I have already visited and like it but think everything might change when it is forever and not fitting a holiday?
Yes it's cosy to settle in. And it's really nice schools. I think it's way better than USA schools and definitely ameliorate than England schools. Go for it, you will love it.
