When you have to go out there pounding the pavements for longer lifetime and more miles you definately need your ipod to keep you going. In fact it is the music that keeps you going. However thank the Peer that ‘i tunes’ allow you to down load albums which really keep you going with your training. Specially designed for meet. Sarah loves ‘Rocky’ it helps to get her up the hills.
Over the past few weeks we have all encountered injuries. Sarah has an ankle hurt through playing netball, so Sarah will have to rest for another week. Sarah’s dad has torn his calf muscle so is having treatment to renovation it so that he can start his training again, he is out for another seven to ten days, which makes my fractured finger seem like a poor excuse, but when I initially did it last week there was no way I could run as I was in too much bore. Anyway i am the only one out on the road at the minute. But I am at a disadvanage as Sarah’s dad is amazing at running, Sarah gets this stamina from nowwhere and I at the end of the day have to keep so focused to keep on with the training. The other obtacle that has just cropped up out of the blue is a three week trip over easter to India, Egypt, Cyprus, Malta and the Meditteranean on management a cruise ship lecturing. Now you might think I would jump at the chance, but I really did have to give it some real consideration and talk to my training mate. So what we have decided is to get all my road running mileage out of the way before i go and then I will have to hit the gym on board twice a day, morning and night and not eat any big dinners. How hard will that be!!!! I get back from the indiscretion and then we travel to London four days later. Again it’s a ‘oh my Lord’ At least though I will have a sun tan. Does anyone distinguish of netball courts for hire near Liverpool St tube station in London? St Botolph's was our best choice but timing is bothersome. Also looked at City University's and Golden Lane Recreational Centre's courts - would anyone cognizant of any others?

I persist in London and can't find a netball team. I am an absolute beginner as the last time I played was a teen but I remember enjoying it so much I want to give it another go. Profit I'm on the computer WAY too much so I really need to get active. Many thanks in advance...
or any other active team sport then! Seeing as no one seems to skilled in where I can find a netball team that accepts beginners...
why dont you inhibit out NZ house and other places in London where kiwis go - they might know of a club you can join or even have netball teams for social games where it doesnt quandary if you are a beginner
