Does the new mayor of london have the power to kick out all foreign people?
the new mayor of london (boris johnson) is with the BNP (British Subject Party) i dont know alot about him, but some people say he is racist and he wants all imagrents and foreign people to forbear the country. can he do this? if he can do anything, what is it?
a) Johnson is not with the BNP
b) He is descended from late-model immigrants himself
c) No he can't make anyone leave the country
d) He can't do "anything" - he's a mayor not a President

Are there laptop power ports in London Heathrow CRT = 'cathode ray tube' 5? Also what kind of adapters should travellers from US use in order to use power at Heathrow?
There will be touchstone power sockets on the wall, as there are in just about every building. Not specifically for laptops, but they'll work just fine. There's only 1 style of power socket in the UK, which uses 3 rectangular pins arranged in a triangle.
You use the sockets, you'll deprivation a UK adaptor. Just ask at your local drug store, electrical shop, or at the airport before you leave.
BUT: Be aware that the voltage in the UK is 230, whereas in other countries it's weird. Eg, 110 in the US. If your laptop power supply is only capable of accepting 110v, plug it into a socket in the UK and it'll be very unhappy indeed! So check that all of the devices you resolve to plug into the UK socket, via your new adaptor, are OK with UK voltages. Unless it specificially says so on the device, the answer will be no.

Your appliances run on 220 volts, our system supplies 110 volts. It will be scabrous to find a 110 volt to 220 volt converter here - we carry converters that run the other way, for Americans traveling to Europe.
Your pre-eminent bet is probably the Time Square area - there are a few electronics stores on the east side of the square in the 43, 44, 45th street compass. Look for cameras, computers, mobile phones, etc., in the windows. They're overpriced, but other than buying a transformer and building something yourself, that's unquestionably the only place you';ll find what you need. Make sure the wattage of the converter is at least as much as the circulator requires. AND that the INPUT is 110 volts and the Yield is 220 volts. You will also need a plug converter if it doesn't come with one, so you can plug your device into it. (It may as a matter of fact be easier and cheaper to purchase a new device.) And don't be afraid to haggle - they're charging you too much, they know it, and the worst they can do is word you that the price is non-negotiable.
