My halfway-aged aunt is visiting London and wants to stay within walking distance of the Harrods at Knightsbridge in London, UK. Any suggestions on a good hostelry for a single lady very close to Harrods would be most appreciated. Many thanks.

i heard harrods is close by it?? is that true?? any cinemas near there??

Harrods is nearby there, as is 'Museum mile': the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert, and the Science Museum. The Albert Assembly is nearby, from where you can walk across the massive Hyde Park. I don't think there are many cinemas nearby, but all of London is easily attainable by bus or tube which are very easy to use and reasonably priced. Hope that helps.

Where was Esmeralda's Barn in Knightsbridge, London?

During their influence in the 60's the Kray Twins owned a nightclub in Knightsbridge called 'Esmeralda's Barn'. Does anyone be versed the location and road name of where it used to be and what is there now in it's place?

The berkley hotel, a church, and houses occupy the street/place.
not exactly sure where abouts the join was, but it wasn't on the hotel site, that's been there for over 100 years, and it is is a relatively small street, the houses are also of the same period.
But it was bloody popular back in the sixties to convert houses into clubs (a bit like sketch club in conduit st)
So my guess is, that it was rightful that, a convert.

It is not too far from Hyde Leave and can be seen as you walk from the park to Knightsbridge. It has blue lighting on the outside. I remember it having a very simple name, I just can't memorialize it.
Any ideas?
Could it be the Knightsbridge Cafe? (This is not quite Hyde Park and it's blue!)

i appetite to work as an actor and i need experience. I want to work as an actor in a theatre in KNIGHTSBRIDGE.anything will do!! i cant find any in my area! i have checked everywhere
I necessitate to work as an actor in Knightsbridge.any theatres here or near here.
Then I hypothesis there isn't much. Have found these a tube ride away.
