if central London is getting so full with cartage. would it not be better to give companies incentive to take their offices further out. less people going in, less need for more transport . or does the government good want to take money all the time and not pay it out

There are divers schemes and grants encouraging businesses to relocate to other parts of the UK. These can include tax incentives funded by the government and the European Confederation.

Many cities and regions are very pro-active in encouraging businesses to relocate out of London. Large companies that have moved out of central London include 3M, Tetrapak and London Ardour call centres. There are many cost savings including lower commercial rental costs.

I am living in a slight feel embarrassed 3 bedroom flat with 3 people in central london. I was shocked to find that Thames Water want to charge us £50 a month. (works out to £600 a year) for unmetered dishwater supply. How much should I expect to be paying?

Also would it be a good idea to switch to a metered bill?

What is the best area in central London?

I've been disquieting to plan a vacation and have been looking up hotels in central London, but have no idea which area to stay in...I've noticed that there a alot of odd areas that offer hotels (Mayfair, Kings Cross, Piccadilly, Kensington, etc.) I've never been to London, therefore don't be acquainted with which area is best. I want to be within walking distance to most major attractions, and basically around alot of stuff to do (shopping, bars, museums, etc.) Any suggestions on which areas to near in on while searching for hotels?

London is a considerable city but with excellent taxi and tube transportation. If budget is not the issue, I recommend the following in Kensington/Knightsbridge and you will have a bizarre trip!

What is the cheapest way of travelling to Central London via the Central line?

On tuesday I sine qua non to go to central london by the central line. I may need to go on other tubes too. How much does a travelcard cost for an adult? Also is it possible to put money onto an oyster photocard and does this trade out cheaper? How is this done?

I don't grasp your question. If you have an Oyster Photocard are you under 18 ?
Putting money on an Oyster card will always work out 50p cheaper than a one day travelcard.

Is there any parks in central or east london or north london that are well lit at night?

I am looking for a garden that is well lit in the night time. Is there any parks that are well lit or any parks that are well lit in certain areas of the park (paths). Ideally in central london or east london or north london. Parks or sports areas (football pitches) that are convenient to access for free. Thanks in advance, any help is truly appreciated.

I've seen some floodlit all-rise above sports pitches, for instance there's some in Market Road in Islington, near the junction with York Way, but when I've seen them lit up it looks like there's football clubs playing there and I'm not undeviating that just anybody can access them for free
