What culture is Great Britain showing at the 2012 Olympics?
As I was watching that magnificent Opening Ceremony of the Olympic games today in Beijing, with all that history and culture the Chinese have, I was wondering what will the English show us at their initiation ceremony in 2012?!?! Kingdoms, football and celebrities? That doesn't sound really interesting does it?
Britain has a lot more than that. I surmise that the opening ceremony in London will feature the following elements:
* Shakespeare (the world's most read poet and originator)
* The English Monarchy (which other countries revere)
* and I dare say the English weather will even get a mention (as in Manchester 2002)
great britain's culture, norms, folkways, values, rules and regulation, and human rights?
intricate great britain's original culture
great britain's norms or social norms
elaborate great britain's original values
give me exampls of great britain's mores
and their rules and modulation
elaborate great britain's republic act on human rights
Oh, I get it now. I was pensive 'elaborate' as a adjective, but you mean 'elaborate' the verb.
What a nob I am.
Has the PC culture in Great Britain allowed radical Islam to gain a foothold in the Country?
Some of the films I have seen of Muslims protesting in the streets of Great Britain are reasonably scary. Have the English allowed Political Correctness to go to far? Why is Great Britain such an incubator for Islamic Fascists?
Absolutely. The liberals keep shoving their politically discipline bullcrap in our face that Great Britain is a "nation of laws" and a "free country" where people can admire and live peacefully any way they want. I'm fed up, dammit.
Does Britain have a culture anymore or is our great culture all history now?
What assort of culture is there left to present at the London olympics?
Why is Great Britain being infected by other peoples culture?
More Christianity.
All cultures fraternize and grow stronger from the enlightenment.
Grow up.
