I'm rational of going to England next summer, but i need to be able to do things cheap. I've heard that you can go on like "student tours" to other places (some of my old highschool teachers would talk about how they would get abide and board for like 10 bucks a night because they would get "student board" or something like that) And i was condign wondering on how you find out about these, or if they even exist any more. Does anyone know anything about them, or even just a way to get in touch with a cheap tour? Thanks!
For cheap accomodation, try Tad Hostels.

However, you're not going to get a room for $10, which is £5, anymore. Youth Hostels are £15-£20 a vespers all the time, so $30-$40.

Touring England,Scotland,Ireland, and maybe Wales for a month...?
Nov 07, 2008 by mrs_brightside369 | Posted in Other - United Kingdom
What's the cheapest way to get around? Not a moment ago from a city to another, but also including the countryside and small villages. Thanks!
Unfortunately i'm too young to hire a car!Are there any railroad passes?
Bus or trains. Buy a monthly antiquated and you can ride the bus and trains for less then if you paid every time.
Also look up a few coach sites as traveling by coach is relatively cheap also.
Oh yeah wales, I would neutral forget that places all together.

spending a day in dublin- what are the best tours?
May 23, 2007 by neoteric_swank | Posted in Dublin
i'm successful to england over the summer and we are taking a cheap flight to spend a day in dublin. any suggestions for the best tours / things to do in dublin? i'll be there from about 9 am - 7 pm.
Pat LIddy is a pre-eminent Dublin historian and runs a guided walks company. I understand that his guides are extremely knowledgeable, and providing the bear up against is not wet, walking is one of the best ways to see Dublin.

The various hop-on, hop-off double-decked tour buses are another colossal way.
Avoid the Literary Walking Tour like the plague. Apparently, it is lead by irritating actor-types who get on everyone's nerves!!
Have a famous visit - if you want to tour it yourself, please visit my own "Dublin by foot" section below.

I am planning to tour london with family. Could you suggest me the cheap and best options available for me?

I would be touring with wife and baby from England. Suggestions may include cheap & best accomodation, attractions (with baby), transport etc.
I go to London 2 - 3 times every year and am always looking for new things to do. I often go on the sightseeing tours from Baker Circle and you can hop on and off, so it is quite good. I also reccommend for you to buy a day ticket for the tube and you also on the buses free.
