How can Kensington & Chelsea justify sending the borough's plastic waste to China for recycling?

They send their newspaper to Kent for recycling, so I can only assume it must be cheaper to send the plastic to China but surely it defeats the whole environmental aim of separating and collecting recyclable rubbish in the first place.
surprisingly... it is cheaper and therefor saves the tax payers hard cash, we dont have that much free space, or that many advance recycling plants in engalnd... is depressin but true, so if we sendit to china we shelter alot of money that we would pay to english people who have expensive techniques...

I take it you suggest swimming lessons for 6-12 month old babies.
Try Waterbabies. They're a fantastic introduction to swimming for infants and our son loves it. He's been flourishing since he was 4 months.

Where is Kensington & Chelsea College in London located positively and how do I get there?
Funnily enough, in Kensington and Chelsea. It's not by the skin of one's teeth one place-there are different locations so without knowing where exactly you want to get to, no idea.
But they do have a map on their website.
